Warehouse Supervisor - Queensland
- Bundamba, Brisbane QLD
We are currently looking for a full time Warehouse Supervisor to join our Cirtex Warehouse in Bundamba, Brisbane.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing and managing all operations at the Bundamba Warehouse, covering inwards goods, planning, picking and packing, dispatching, freight and inventory management, staff supervision, HS&E compliance, productivity, and cost control. The primary focus is to ensure the warehouse runs efficiently and delivers an exceptional customer experience while maintaining cost-effectiveness and a sales focus. In addition to managing day-to-day site operations, this role will collaborate with the broader Operations team to prepare for growth in line with the company’s revenue goals. A successful candidate in this role will be hands-on and will work alongside the small team day to day.
You will also need:
- Excellent leadership qualities and customer service skills
- A great work ethic and can-do attitude
- To be highly organised with excellent time management and ability to prioritise
- Good attention to detail and problem solving skills
- To be computer literate with the MS Office Suite
- A reasonable level of physical fitness as some heavy lifting is required
- Effective and clear communication skills – written and verbal
- Forklift experience
